Mold in Attic

Mold can grow anywhere and it often does.  All it needs to grow is the proper environment and a little time.  In this case it grew in the attic space of this Central Maine home.  Mainly this was due to improper construction as the shower vent terminated in the attic instead of to the outside air, putting all of the hot, humid air right into the attic .  We were called to inspect the property because the homeowner was unsure of what to do about this problem.  Our crew was able to clean and treat the mold to ensure the home was safe for the family who lived there.
